Show me how to format cells as a table in Microsoft Excel 2007

Excel -> Microsoft Excel 2007

Problem: I want to place underlining and alternate row shading on a table without manually formatting every row.

  1. Open Microsoft Excel 2007
  2. On the "Home" tab, on the "Styles" section, click the "Format as Table" button
  3. Select a style from the pop-up menu
  4. On the "Format As Table" window, select the data to be used in the table
  5. Click the "OK" button
  6. On the "Microsoft Office Excel" pop-up window, click the "Yes" button
