Show me how to delete and manage browsing history in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

Internet Explorer -> Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

Problem: Internet Explorer has saved daved days or weeks of my browsing history and I need to remove them from memory.

Open Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
Click the "Tools" menu
Click the "Tools -> Internet Options" item
On the "Internet Options" window under the "Browsing history" section, click the "Settings" button
On the "Temporary Internet Files and History Settings" window, under the "History" section, move the "Days to keep pages in history:" counter up or down
Click "OK"
On the "Internet Options" window, click "OK"
Click the "Tools" menu
Click the "Tools -> Internet Options" item
On the "General" tab, under the "Browsing history" section, click the "Delete" button
On the "Delete Browsing History" window, under the "History" section, click the "Delete history..." button
On the "Delete History" window, click "Yes"
Click "Close"
On the "Internet Options" window, click "OK"
